Why do people hire a public adjuster? People hire public adjusters for a number of reasons. Sometimes, they are in a situation where they want their settlement quickly, and they feel that the insurance company is dragging its feet on paying the claim. How we get paid? We get paid only when there is a settlement. Our fees are right in line with state regulations, and we are required to be fair to consumers. Since our fees are a small, fair percentage of the final settlement, it is our goal to legally get you every last penny.
